Job summary

The position requires NBSTSA certification (or completion within six months) and a high school diploma, with prior OR tech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified Surgical Technologist or OR technician program.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crucial support to physicians across a wide range of surgical procedures in orthopedics and other services.
• Function as scrub person, circulation assistant and member of the surgical team.
• Assist in care, preparation and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the Operating Room.
