Johnny's Selected Seeds is seeking an Associate I Operations for the Evening Shift. The role focuses on the Warehouse, Inventory, Shipping, and Seed Packing, with cross-training across Operations as needed.

The candidate should be self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Evening hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train to perform Warehouse and Shipping tasks, including inventory, packing, and labeling.
• Support daily order shipments by gathering, checking, packing, shipping, and stocking.
• Seed packing in commercial and consumer sizes, following processes and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
