Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the corporate office building at 12755 E 9 Mile Rd, Warren, MI.

The role involves cleaning restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, supply replenishment, window cleaning, and timely response to maintenance requests.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe.
