RWK Services, Inc. is seeking a Nightly Office Cleaner for downtown Cleveland. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The role involves cleaning all building areas, including restrooms, break rooms, floors, and windows, with duties potentially changing based on building size and team needs.

Candidates should have prior cleaning experience, pass a background check, and arrive on time. Safety policies must be followed, and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
• Must pass a thorough background check prior to hire.
• Reports to work each day and on time and works extra hours when needed.
• Employee must comply with safety policies and procedures when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Employee must determine the neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
• If required to travel for business: maintains a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms: sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; scrub and finish where needed.
• Clean break rooms and kitchenettes; restock supplies.
• Dust furniture, equipment, partitions; wipe surfaces.
• Empty trash and recyclables; transport to disposal area.
• Clean rugs, carpets, woodwork; wash windows and door panels.
