Qualifications

• Experience in office or janitorial cleaning preferred.
• Detail oriented with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safe handling of products.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Professional and courteous with employees and visitors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated office areas, private offices, conference rooms, hallways, reception and shared spaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Dust and wipe desks, countertops, shelves and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling daily and replace liners.
• Clean interior glass doors and high-touch surfaces as needed.
• Maintain reception and conference room cleanliness.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Clean kitchen counters, tables, sinks and shared areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; report safety hazards.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and follow cleaning schedules.
