• Able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings.
• Clean offices and common areas, disinfect surfaces, vacuum and mop.
• Maintain floors by dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Clean restrooms, restock supplies, sanitize fixtures.
• Maintain equipment and keep janitor’s closet organized.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping and client requests.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
