- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with feeding and hydration of patients
- Perform vital signs and assist with wound care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
