Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a 132-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Massachusetts. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11:30 PM, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a compensation range of $93,000–$99,000 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered MA RN or LPN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in healthcare with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.

• Assist in coordinating resident care plans and ensuring timely communication across interdisciplinary teams.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide clinical goals.
