American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Evening Shift Nurse Supervisor at Brownsburg Meadows. The role runs from 3pm to 11:30pm, supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care in alignment with our CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Supervisor supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care during the shift assigned.
• The Shift Supervisor will manage the provision of care in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
