Job summary

The Courville at Nashua is seeking experienced LPNs and RNs for SNF/Rehab and float assignments in Nashua, NH. Roles include 3pm-11pm with 40 hours per week and every other weekend; shift differentials of $2/hour on weekdays and $6/hour on weekends apply.

We cover NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants and pay $35-$48/hour based on license and experience. Sign-on bonuses are available after 3 and 6 months, with additional bonuses at January 1 and April 1.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in NH or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in skilled rehab and long-term care.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) and IV procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide SNF/Rehab and float nursing care.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to licensing and safety standards; adapt to shift needs.
