Job summary

The Courville at Nashua is seeking experienced nurses for Senior Healthcare Community roles in Nashua, NH. We have SNF/Rehab and Float positions offering competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus. Friday night to Sunday night availability plus every other weekend is required for some roles.

Benefits include paid NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants, shift differentials of $2/hr (M-F) and $6/hr (S/S), and a supportive team environment focused on compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Nurse with SNF/Rehab experience preferred.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC).
• IV administration experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care on SNF/Rehab and Float units.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver quality resident care.
• Support residents and families with clinical needs and medication administration.

The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We are looking for experienced Nurses for SNF/Rehab and Float positions:

• Experience Required
  • Skilled/Rehab experience
  • Experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
  • IV experience
• 3p-11p FT Position
  • 40 hours/week
  • Includes every other weekend
  • Skilled/Rehab Unit
  • +$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
  • +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
• 3p-11p 'Float' Position
  • Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units
  • Must have STR and LTC experience
  • 32 hours/week
  • Includes every other weekend
  • +$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
  • +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
• We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
• Pay rate based on license and experience $35-$48/hour

SIGN-ON BONUS payable after 3mo/6mo
If you’re an experienced LPN or RN, join our nursing team.Start by Oct 1 and start 2027 with $1500 sign-on bonus January 1 and $1500 sign-on bonus April 1.
