The successful candidate will prescribe medications, perform procedures, manage chronic conditions, and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state license to practice as an NP.
• Completion of an accredited graduate or professional program (e.g., NP program).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to inmates, including assessments, diagnoses and education.
• Prescribe medications, perform procedures, and manage chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
