• Knowledge of nursing process and patient care delivery.
• Ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment and develops a plan of care.
• Administers medications safely according to policies.
• Collaborates with health team members to coordinate patient care.
• Provides patient teaching and advocates for patient safety and quality improvement.
