Job summary

Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio is seeking dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our team on 2nd shift (2:30 p.m.– 11:00 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.).

Roles include answering call lights, dressing and mobility support, and light housekeeping on the Assisted Living floor. We offer competitive wages, PTO, tuition reimbursement, a 403(b) with employer match, and health benefits for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting and working with older adults in a health care setting.
• Knowledge of personal care and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights.
• Provide restroom and shower assistance.
• Assist with dressing and other personal needs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance to maintain a safe environment.
• Support residents on the Assisted Living floor with daily activities.
