Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document and report patient observations to licensed staff.
• Transport patients, supplies, and equipment within the facility.
• Lead unit activities and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Assist with registration and welcoming patients and visitors.
• Review medical records for orders and notify nurse of stat changes.
• Order and stock department supplies and equipment as needed.
• Support unit scheduling and coverage where required.
