Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred; licensure may be required for some facilities.
• Experience in direct patient care is preferred.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required or will be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient vitals and document observations.
• Assist with patient transport, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain unit cleanliness and organization.
