Job summary

Four County Health & Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time evening and night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.). Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered in a mission-driven, non-profit setting. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, support daily living activities with dignity, and collaborate with nurses

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with Georgia eligibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
