Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the Evening/Night shift 7p-7a. Starting pay ranges $17.63–$18.68 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
