Job summary

First Community Village in Columbus, OH, operated by National Church Residences, is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the 7p–7a shift. This part‑time role covers every other weekend and two days during the week in a skilled nursing unit.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals and support the care team while upholding resident rights and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensure: State Tested Nurse Aide
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and hygiene.
• Support mobility: lifting, turning, positioning, ambulation and ROM.
• Record vitals and report changes to supervising nurse; assist with admissions and training new staff.
