Job summary

Anaheim Point Healthcare & Wellness Center in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine nursing care for residents during two shifts: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. You will help with meals, hygiene, mobility and daily activities, ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or licensed as CNA.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per facility policies and procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours thereafter.
• Assist with meals, feeding and dining room duties.
• Support residents' mobility, hygiene and comfort.
• Prepare residents for therapy and appointments; transport as needed.
• Report issues to Charge Nurse and document as required.
• Attend in-service trainings and meetings.
