The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, as directed by your supervisor, following the policies and procedures of the facility, and in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nurses.
2. Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for the resident.

Education and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
