Job summary

The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Care Partner/Certified Medication Aide to assist with medication administration and daily living activities for Members. The role emphasizes person-directed care, engagement, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines, within a supportive, hospitality-focused environment.

Shift: 12-hour (7p-7a) with every-other weekend or Friday scheduling. Requires state CMA training, nursing assistant registration, and prior geriatric aide experience if

Qualifications

• State-approved geriatric nursing assistant training completed.
• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.
• Registration with State registry required.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, and toileting as needed.
• Reports and records observations daily, by end of shift.
• Answers call lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, laundry, makes beds and keeps rooms tidy and orderly.
• Provides person-directed care and upholds the Model of Care.
• Understands the classifications of medications and notes adverse reactions.
