Lifesteps is hiring a Residential Aide to join the caregiving team in Penn Run, PA. This full-time position involves assisting adults with disabilities in a home setting, including daily living activities, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.

Shifts available include evenings 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and overnight 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with part-time options and paid training. Benefits for full-time employees are offered, with no experience required.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs. or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required

Responsibilities
