Experience Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our dedicated team. Part-time shifts are available from 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, with responsibilities including helping residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with life enrichment programs.

• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per procedures and standards.
• Carry out laundry duties.
• Review shift reports and verbal reports as needed.
• Move residents to activities and programs as scheduled.
• Promote independence and respect residents' preferences and spiritual needs.
• Provide encouragement and support to residents.
• Prioritize tasks to meet changing needs throughout the shift.
