Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and maintain a safe environment by removing problem clients.
• Keep bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines and health department requirements.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for discrepancies during the shift.
• Mix all drinks per serving sizes outlined in the company manual to keep costs down.
• Develop an efficient work pace to keep customers at the bar and dining room satisfied.
