Job summary

Lee Enterprises’ Rapid City Journal is seeking a part-time Distribution driver to transport and unload newspapers, approx. 20–24 hours per week. Shifts are 5:30 PM–2:30 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Qualifications include a valid DOT physical, a good driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse or hauling experience and forklift familiarity are preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits program and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• DOT physical required and paid by company.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good driving record required.
• Previous warehouse/hauling experience desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate or be trained to operate a forklift.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload newspapers for distribution.
• Work as part of the distribution team and adhere to schedule.
