Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Riverton, UT is hiring for a Shift Coordinator on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). The role blends direct behavioral rehabilitation with shift leadership, mentoring Life Skills Trainers, and ensuring clinical standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s in healthcare or related field preferred) and the ability to manage daily living activities, documentation, and safety within a home-like residential setting.

Qualifications

• Education requirements listed: high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and travel up to 20% of time.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily shift operations and deliver direct behavioral rehabilitation services.
• Mentor Life Skills Trainers and ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison during shifts to align with management.
• Review and implement new behavioral plans, protocols, and strategies.
• Maintain accurate shift data and document compliance with state, CARF, and HIPAA standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and transport to appointments.
