Three Links Health Services in Northfield, MN is seeking Evening Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR/CNA) to join our Skilled Nursing team. We offer full-time and part-time evening opportunities and a competitive pay range, with an evening shift differential.

You will work closely with the nursing team to provide quality, person-centered care based on each resident’s plan of care, with opportunities to grow in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Certified by the State of Minnesota or enrolled in an approved Nursing Assistant course.
• Must be listed on, or eligible for, the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Dependable and responsible.
• Strong commitment to quality resident care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate attitude and respect for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, transfers, feeding, toileting.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Encourage resident independence and self-help skills.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident areas.
• Treat residents with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
• Follow oral and written directions.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members.
• Follow the direction of nursing and staffing leaders.
• Provide care according to each resident’s established plan of care.

Three Links Health Services is hiring Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR/CNA) team members to join our Skilled Nursing team. We have full-time and part-time evening opportunities available.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with the nursing team to provide quality, compassionate, person-centered care based on each resident’s plan of care.

Starting Pay: $23.56 - $25.77 per hour

Pay is based on experience.

Evening Shift Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

+ $1.00/hour Evening Shift Differential
