Qualifications

• Background check clearance is required.

• Valid state driver''s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Reliable transportation to job location.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive and navigate around the Hampton Roads area as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash from offices and common areas.
• Vacuum using upright or backpack vacuums.
• Dust and wipe surfaces; disinfect where needed.
• Sweep and mop floors; restrooms cleaned and restocked.
• Clean office areas and ensure work areas meet the schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and meet customer service expectations.
• Assist with special projects such as construction cleans.
• Communicate with customers and operations about needs or concerns.
