Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our Imaging team in Joliet, IL. You will perform MR imaging with adherence to procedures, safety standards, and accurate documentation, supporting the clinical team in patient care.

We require ARMRIT or ARRT(MR), BCLS, graduation from an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program or MRI course, and prefer at least 2 years of MRI experience. Strong computer skills are essential; this is a full-time evening shift.

Qualifications

• ARMRIT or ARRT(MR) certification is required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate on hire and kept current.
• Graduate of an ARRT approved Radiologic Technology Program or MRI course.
• At least 2 years MRI Technologist experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MR imaging in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines and maintain professional standards.
• Process images, ensure correct images, and document in the department system.
• Assist clinical team with other duties when not imaging.
