Job summary

St Joseph's Health MR Technologist position performing MRI procedures and ensuring patient safety within MRI zones. You will provide high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

State-licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in NYS with ARRT registration is required; MR registry within two years is expected. Injection license is required. GE experience is preferred and new graduates may be trained.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Radiologic Technology in NYS with ARRT registration.
• MR registry required within two years of employment.
• Injection license required.
• GE experience is highly recommended.
• New graduate training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures and adheres to MRI safety for patients and staff within zones 1–4.
• Provides patient services using Magnetic diagnostic imaging.
• Maintains safety protocols and positioning accuracy for optimal imaging.
