Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an MRI Technologist for Mease Countryside. The role performs diagnostic and invasive MRI procedures and manages RIS data, patient care, and related clerical tasks. Must hold AS degree in Radiology fields, BLS and ARRT credentials, with MRI training within 1 year.

Shift includes Fri–Sun 6:30–7:00 PM, with weekend work frequency. Facility: MRI-MCH at Mease Countryside; non-exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate of Science degree or Associates Radiology or Technical Radiology.
• Credentials: BLS and ARRT (Radiology Technologist) – Relevant Specialty or ARMRIT (MRI) within 1 year of hire or transfer.
• Experience: 1 year MRI specific training if AS degree; 1 year Radiology or MRI if AS Radiology/Technical Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and invasive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures.
• Responsible for imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, and related duties.
• Assist physicians, transport patients, and support related duties as necessary.

Performs diagnostic and invasive magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
