RADIAS Health in Bloomington, IN is seeking a full-time Mental Health Practitioner to join our Intensive Residential Support Services (IRTS) program. This onsite role supports 12 adults with acute mental illness and co-occurring disorders through recovery-oriented, evidence-based care.

The practitioner collaborates with therapists, facilitates groups, helps develop treatment plans, and teaches independent living skills while providing crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work or equivalent.
• Alternative: 4,000 hours supervised experience in mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and assist in treatment planning.
• Teach independent living skills and crisis intervention.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational groups and document promptly.
