Job summary

Providence Youth Behavioral Residential Center in Anchorage, AK, is seeking Mental Health Counselors with a master's degree for a variety of shifts, including full-time 1.0 FTE evenings and per diem 0.01 FTE as needed.

You will support clinical programming: assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group/milieu therapy, and education for clients, families, peers and the broader care team, coordinating with physicians or ARNP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or health-related field.
• On hire: licensure options LPC/LPA/LCSW or licensure eligible.
• Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center.
• Provide assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group and milieu therapy.
• Plan and provide client, family, peer and community education and coordinate with health care professionals.
