Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Social Services field required.
• Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Answers intake calls and obtains pertinent information to determine caller needs.
• Performs telephonic risk assessment to determine suicidality/homicidally with caller in crisis; uses 911 if at serious risk.
• Completes Inquiry Call Sheet with information and outcome of assessment.
• Schedules assessments, psychiatric evaluations and admissions; explains the process and items needed for hospital stay.
