Frederick Living is seeking a Memory Support Nurse Aide for Aspen residents. The role focuses on person-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while maintaining safety and dignity.

The position is part-time with evening shifts (2:30pm–11:00pm) and a rotating weekend/holiday schedule, offering benefits such as health insurance, a 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating and drinking, including meal selection and cueing.
• Provide snacks and hydration; monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Administer medications as defined by orders.
• Maintain resident records accurately and timely.
