Job summary

Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Iowa is hiring a PRN or full-time Evening Medication Technician in Assisted Living, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will administer medications, assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor changes and report them to clinical staff, and help support residents' well-being while following state medication management requirements. Qualifications

• Must have Iowa Medication Manager Certification or Iowa Certified Medication Aide certification.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration and limited topical treatments under supervision.
• Support activities of daily living according to individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to clinical staff.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• Follow community policies, procedures, and state medication management requirements.
