Brookdale is seeking an EXPERIENCED Medication Technician in Orlando, FL to administer medications under state regulations. The role requires a current 6-hour in-person certificate and will work a 2pm-10pm shift.

Qualifications

• Seeking EXPERIENCED Medication Technician with current 6hr- in person- Certificate.
• Applicants without experience will not be considered.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to supervisor.
• Keep the medication supply room organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications; communicate with pharmacies to coordinate delivery.
• Complete required training/certification as per state regulations.
