Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum age of 18.
• If a facility lift is used, must meet the minimum state age requirement.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and services such as medication administration and daily living assistance, adhering to location standards.
• Assists residents with self-administration of medications and with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Obtains vital signs and reports changes in health status; follows infection control guidelines.
• Prepares and serves meals, maintains clean rooms and linens, and supports community activities.
