Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
Minimum 6 months of clinical laboratory experience or equivalent experience.
ASCP Certification for MLS/MT or eligible within 8 months of employment.
Weekend and Holiday rotation required.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and LIS.
Analyze, verify, and report test results with accuracy.
Perform quality control, quality assurance, and proficiency testing per standards.
Follow CLIA, CAP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care.
