Job summary

Frantz Building Services is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner for Columbus, IN on the medical office second shift. You will clean bathrooms, medical suites, and common areas, performing dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and trash removal to uphold facility standards.

This part-time role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer paid training, shirts, referral bonuses, comprehensive benefits starting after 60 days, and a 401(k) plan after one

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bathroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize 8 bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, partitions, and high-touch surfaces.
• Medical Suite Cleaning — Maintain 3 medical suites, ensuring surfaces, exam tables, chairs, counters, and equipment-touch areas are disinfected to facility standards.
• Dusting Duties — Dust surfaces, ledges, vents, baseboards, and furniture throughout the facility.
