Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring frontline Team Members for the evening shift (Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm) to perform cleaning and disinfecting in a medical facility in De Pere, WI.

You will be trained in our best-practice cleaning methods using green-sealed supplies and be the friendly face of the company. Requirements include at least 18 years old, janitorial experience, and passing a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect surfaces in a medical facility using approved practices.
• Wipe down countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper as needed.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain clean floors.
• Identify repairs, leaks, or safety issues and report them.
• Be the friendly, reliable face of the team.
