Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is hiring for a frontline Team Member to work a 3pm–7pm shift in Racine, WI. You will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfection practices using green-sealed supplies and PPE.

Responsibilities include wiping surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, and reporting repairs, with a focus on reliability and excellent guest-facing service. Eligible teammates receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, a 401k match, daily pay

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required (training provided).
• Successful drug screening.
• Background check completed.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when required.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Train in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices.
• Be friendly, reliable, and courteous.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report needed repairs, leaks, or drips.
• Assist with daily cleaning duties as assigned.
