Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a warehouse associate at its WI/IL Distribution Center. The role supports receiving, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies in a 40-hour, evening shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requires a high school diploma; no experience is necessary. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate handheld devices and a Material Management System. Health benefits and 401(k) are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and inspects/verifies the accuracy and condition of items before signing for delivery.
• Maintains accurate record-keeping for receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Prepares, distributes and transports supplies and equipment for distribution to facilities or other entities as required.
• Distributes supplies promptly in response to requisitions and purchase orders.
• Manages inventory levels and processes issues/credits for supplies and equipment.
• Replenishes carts and kits and checks for outdated supplies.
• Handles return/processing to vendors as instructed by documentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of all working areas.
