Job summary

MIDLAND is seeking a warehouse associate to handle order pulling, packing, staging, and preparation for shipping. The role requires operating warehouse equipment and ensuring items are packed securely and labeled correctly.

This full-time, in-person position runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience and can lift heavy items as part of daily duties and operate equipment such as reach trucks and pallet

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (reach truck, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, stage or convert orders for shipment.
• Package materials for shipment with legible labels and order numbers.
• Generate shipping labels and manifests using computer systems.
• Load/unload trucks safely and secure loads.
• Maintain accurate forms and records.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean work area.
