Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Material Handler to support our Manufacturing team. This role moves raw materials, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures materials are available for compounding and production activities.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include receiving, transferring, replenishing materials, and assisting with batch processing and QA submissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three months of related experience preferred or equivalent training.
• Ability to read English instructions and use ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse and deliver to the production area.
• Transfer materials between warehouse and production using ERP and scanners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FEFO practices.
• Support batch processing, sampling, and quality control submissions.
• Operate forklifts and handheld scanners; keep work area safe and organized.
