Job summary

Garlock Flexibles in Reno, NV is seeking a Material Handler for the Swing Shift to move materials and products across production areas. You will load/unload stock, supply machines, and wrap finished goods with a forklift as needed.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, maintaining organized storage, and collaborating with team members on daily production goals. 40 hours per week with potential overtime; shift is 3:00pm–11:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to consistently act independently and prioritize work.
• 2 years consistent forklift driving is a plus.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Can work under minimal supervision and in a team setting.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and use required safety equipment; maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Provide raw stock and materials to each machine; review schedules and move materials with forklift.
• Wrap finished goods and label per customer requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Collaborate to uphold Garlock's Food Safe environment.
