Forever Young Spas in Boston, MA is seeking an Evening Massage Therapist to join our luxury longevity spa. You will provide customized sessions focused on recovery, mobility, and stress relief for busy professionals after work.

This role offers 50% commission on every service plus tips. Availability is weekday 4–8 PM, at least 3 evenings per week, with opportunities to build a loyal client base and maintain notes in Mangomint.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts massage license is required.
• Available weekday evenings, roughly 4–8 PM, at least 3 evenings per week.
• Skilled in Swedish and deep tissue modalities; other recovery work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage sessions focused on recovery, mobility, and stress relief.
• Listen to client goals and tailor pressure and technique accordingly.
• Recommend rebooking and a care plan for each client’s routine.
• Keep treatment room clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Enter brief session notes in Mangomint.

Job Description

50% commission on every service, plus tips. Weekday evenings, roughly 4 or 5 PM - 8 PM, at least 3 evenings a week.

Forever Young Spas is a luxury longevity spa in a Back Bay brownstone. Clients come to us for massage, stretch, and skin treatments, and many become members. Our clients are busy professionals who want to book after work, and we're building consistent weekday evening availability to meet that demand.

What You'll Do

• Provide customized massage sessions focused on recovery, mobility, and stress relief
• Listen to each client's goals and tailor pressure and technique to them
• Recommend rebooking and a care plan that fits each client's routine
• Keep your treatment room clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Keep brief session notes in our booking system (Mangomint; we'll show you)

Who We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts massage therapy license (required)
• Available weekday evenings, roughly 4 or 5 PM to 8 PM, at least 3 evenings a week. Our goal is coverage most weekdays, so more evenings is a plus
• Skilled in Swedish and deep tissue; sports, stretch, or recovery work is a plus
• Warm, professional, and great at building a loyal client base
• Reliable — you show up on time, every shift
