Job summary

Pratt Industries in the Lehigh Valley is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our machinery running as it converts recycled paper into corrugated boxes used by major brands like Domino's, Home Depot, Amazon, and Hello Fresh. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support operations across electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

We value hands-on skills with motors, gearboxes, PLCs, and safety-minded work practices.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting expertise with 3-phase power/electricity.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC Motors and motor starters.
• Familiarity with gearboxes and gear reducers.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on complex machinery.
• Work with various systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
