Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our paper conversion lines running and production on schedule. You will repair and maintain machinery and support the safe, efficient delivery of our corrugated boxes to customers like Domino’s, Home Depot, Amazon, Hello Fresh, and more.

Strong experience with electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is preferred, along with heavy mechanical fabrication skills to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting of 3-Phase power/electricity
• AC/DC Motors and Motor Starters
• Gearboxes/Gear Reducers
• Basic working knowledge of PLCs
• Basic working knowledge of VFDs
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatic Systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant machinery involved in converting recycled paper into finished products.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment to meet quality targets.
• Support production teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
